Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a savvy individual with excellent communication and writing skills to work in a professional and compassionate office environment. Must be reliable, motivated, and an accomplished multi-tasker. Attention to detail is key! The minimum education required is a Bachelor’s degree. A background in business, HR, business law, marketing, or entrepreneurship is a plus. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Hours are negotiable, but a minimum commitment of 12 hours/week is required.

 Skills required:

4.      The ability to work through procedures and checklists and successfully apply them to the situation at hand;

5.      The ability to adapt to new scenarios as they arise;

7.      Willingness to complete administrative and office management tasks as needed;

8.      Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, plus ability to quickly learn new software and applications;

9.      The ability to trouble-shoot problems with technology and office equipment without becoming overwhelmed.

 Responsibilities include:

1.      Responding to inquiries from clients and prospective clients;

2.      Completing interviews and other intake procedures;

3.      Managing cases by monitoring deadlines and ensuring progress in a timely fashion;

4.      Working with the attorney to develop and implement client intake and case management procedures;

5.   Developing a business development program, to include networking, monitoring lead conversion, and assisting with marketing efforts;

6.      Managing competing deadlines in an efficient manner in line with priorities set by attorney;

8.      Review and preparation of binders, business records, and evidence packets;

9.      Drafting, e-filing, and mailing basic legal documents and correspondence;

10.   Maintenance of a clean and organized work environment;

11.  Occasional office manager tasks, such as purchasing and invoicing;

12.  Additional tasks, as assigned.
